As a passionate grant writer and consultant, I'm dedicated to helping organizations create lasting impact.

How I fell into grant writing and consulting is quite the story, and a story worth sharing.

It was 2008 while enjoying a fulfilling and exciting career as a business development executive with OtterBox in Ft. Collins, Colorado. I decided to make time every week to volunteer at a local youth mentoring program. A one-year commitment turned into three and four. The experience instilled in me the importance of social responsibility while fueling my curiosity about living a more purposeful life.

This curiosity continued to grow and by 2014 I was seeking out new and creative ways of giving back. I volunteered with The Matthews House, a youth empowerment initiative in Ft. Collins, and in the summer of 2015 I launched a community volunteer program for Phish music fans. I planned and organized volunteer events with local non-profits in the cities on tour, fostering a sense of community while making a positive impact in the areas where Phish fans gathered before shows. I even partnered with The WaterWheel Foundation, Phish’s non-profit, creating greater exposure and fan participation.

When I wasn’t planning volunteer events, or on Phish tour in the United States, I was in Thailand working with non-profits as an English teacher in rural villages, often living at the school with the dormitory students.

By 2020, I was eager to commit my professional endeavors to a role with greater purpose and impact. In 2021, I joined Child's Dream Foundation in Chiang Mai, Thailand, where I contributed to transformative education and health initiatives. I helped secure $1.07 million through project proposal and grant writing, designed and facilitated a successful strategic planning workshop for the leadership team, and revitalized a social enterprise guesthouse on the border of Myanmar, empowering a team of 12 young adults and laying the groundwork for continued development and success.
